BOSTON – Volunteers gathered in Boston for a holiday giveaway, distributing toys and winter clothing to Horizons for Homeless Children in memory of Terrence Clarke, a Dorchester native with big talent and even bigger aspirations.
“If T was here, he would have been doing this. He wanted to be the guy for the city,” Osmine Clarke, mother of Terrence Clarke, said.
“These toys are going to go help other children that we believe have tremendous promise, who happen to be living in shelters all over the state,” Kate Barrand, president and CEO of Horizons for Homeless Children, said.
