Press Coverage: Federal Funds for Emergency Childcare

Boston, MA – Horizons For Homeless Children recently hosted a roundtable discussion and press conference with city officials, advocates, and Horizons parents to discuss the local impact of new federal funds for emergency childcare intended for families experiencing homelessness in the City of Boston. Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley was joined by Boston Mayor Michelle Wu to announce this funding that will supplement Horizons’ budget and the work of seven other local early education providers.
